Welcome to Coupage, the newest culinary adventure from Chef/Owner Tom Hurley of the notable restaurant, Hurley's, in Portland, Oregon. Coupage is the delicious result of blending Korean flavors and ingredients with French cooking techniques. The menu is executed by the talented young team of Chef Rachel Yang and Sous Chef Seif Chirchi who incorporate traditional methods of slow cooking, smoking, grilling and Asian spices to create rustic, earthy flavors in their dishes.
